Personal Training on Women Self Defense

Our personal training program for women provides a focused, individualized approach to mastering this powerful self-defense system. Suitable for women of ages 18-35 in all experience levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, each session is tailored to your unique goals—whether it’s improving fitness, building confidence, or enhancing self-defense skills.

In one-on-one training, you’ll learn real-world techniques rooted in women self-defense principles: efficiency, aggression, and practicality. Sessions emphasize instinctive movements and practical responses to threats, ensuring you’re prepared for unpredictable situations. Our expert instructors will guide you through striking, ground defense, disarming, and stress conditioning to build your physical and mental resilience.

Training Methods

Join our 10 Days Extensive Training

To start your personal self-defense training, you can share your interest for the upcoming training session planned on a monthly basis

You'll be trained on
  • Self-defense: different types of basic self-defense blocks, whole body defense blocks

  • Attacking tricks: Different kinds of punches, kicks, falling techniques, etc.

  • Fitness exercises to improve whole body strength and agility

Dress Code

Active Wears/ T-Shirts and Track Pants.

22nd March to 31st March
  • Two-hour class per day for 10 days in 2 different slots between 7 am to 9 am/ 7 pm to 9 pm IST

  • Maximum 10 participants per batch
