STAND TALL. STAND STRONG.
Trauma-Sensitive Self-Defense & Resilience Initiative
My Body. My Boundaries. My Strength.
This initiative integrates psychological grounding, boundary-setting, and body confidence through a survivor-centred methodology developed alongside experienced facilitators.
Body Confidence & Safety
Psychological Resilience
Survivor-Centred Co-Design
Instinctive protection techniques and somatic grounding calibrated specifically to prevent triggers while restoring innate physical autonomy.
Empowerment-based boundaries and assertive communication models developed to nurture emotional safety and long-term agency.
Iterative rehearsals, sensitive modules, and community feedback tailored for survivors of domestic violence, acid attacks, and gender-based violence.

Who Can Volunteer
We invite 15 women volunteers (aged 18+) across diverse vocations — students, social workers, psychologists, counsellors, fitness enthusiasts, martial artists, and educators who are ready to listen, collaborate, and build.
Volunteers will dedicate their weekends to intensive module development, trauma-informed training, and supervised practice. All participants must complete the preparatory training cycle by 22 November 2026.
The Path to Launch
Weekend Co-Design Sprints
